IndianOil’s price table updated November1, 2026 lists a 19kg Indane LPG refill at ₹2,820 in Delhi, ₹2,971 in Kolkata, ₹2,775 in Mumbai and ₹2,994.50 in Chennai. These are the supplier’s four metro listings for the commercial cylinder size, rather than a single price for all of India.
The revision follows the October1 rates and matters to restaurants, caterers and other commercial users checking their next refill bill. The size and supplier are essential to that comparison: a report about 19kg commercial gas should not be read as the price of a household’s 14.2kg refill.
Compare each city with its October1 rate
IndianOil’s previous-price table records October1 rates of ₹2,810 in Delhi, ₹2,954 in Kolkata, ₹2,764.50 in Mumbai and ₹2,983 in Chennai. Subtracting those figures from the November1 listing gives increases of ₹10, ₹17, ₹10.50 and ₹11.50 respectively. The comparison uses the same 19kg Indane product and the same cities on both dates.
A flat “₹10 increase” therefore describes Delhi’s change, but does not reproduce every city’s movement in these supplier tables. For a business reviewing costs, the relevant comparison is its own city’s refill rate. These figures do not establish a quotation from another supplier, a price in an unlisted town or the full cost of a new connection.
Keep the household cylinder and the previous revision separate
The same IndianOil page separately lists 14.2kg domestic-cylinder prices, with that table marked last updated June7, 2026: Delhi ₹942, Kolkata ₹968, Mumbai ₹941.50 and Chennai ₹957.50. It is a different product and a separately dated listing. The November1 update label on the 19kg table should not be transferred to the household table.
For readers tracking successive revisions, this journal’s October report on Chennai recorded the earlier ₹2,983 rate. That remains a dated account of the October change. The November1 table now gives ₹2,994.50 for the same city and size; the older report is linked below as historical coverage.
Check the product and dated rate before ordering
On IndianOil’s petroleum-products price page, find the 19kg Indane table, its update date and the relevant city. Compare those fields with the distributor’s quotation or bill, and ask separately about any other applicable charges. The price tables do not explain the specific cause of this revision or establish how long these rates will last. They provide a dated basis for checking a refill, rather than a forecast of future prices or a measure of every business’s monthly bill. A later supplier revision should be compared with the same cylinder size, city and supplier again.
